★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Lleve mi vehículo al servicio y me rompieron el parabrisas, y tallaron mi retrovisor. Nunca me dieron solución y el agente me ignoró por completo.
Terrible service. I took my vehicle in for service and they broke my windshield and scratched my rear view mirror. They never gave me a solution and the agent completely ignored me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buen servicio, tal vez es un poco superior el costo en comparación a talleres particulares pero el hecho de que te den el informe completo de tu vehículo y tengas seguimiento puntual de sus servicios vale la pena.
good service, perhaps the cost is a little higher compared to private workshops but the fact that they give you the complete report of your vehicle and you have timely follow-up of their services is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención del personal, trabajos de mantenimiento en tiempo, considero que tienen un equipo técnico muy bueno y que ofrece opiniones y recomendaciones acertadas, incluso en modelos pasados. Ampliamente recomendado su servicio de mantenimiento.
Por otro lado, para los modelos nuevos me gustaría que hubiesen precios más competitivos, aunque creo que es un problema generalizado en todas la marca en estos días. Adicionalmente, que consideren tener los mismos modelos híbridos y en un futuro, modelos totalmente eléctricos que ofrecen en el mercado de USA.
Good attention from the staff, maintenance work on time, I consider that they have a very good technical team and that they offer correct opinions and recommendations, even in past models. Their maintenance service is highly recommended.
On the other hand, for the new models I would like there to be more competitive prices, although I think it is a general problem in all the brand these days. Additionally, that they consider having the same hybrid models and in the future, fully electric models that they offer in the US market.
