★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan los teléfonos y siempre te dice que ellos se comunican y pasan horas ni que se comuniquen, y ni se diga para comunicarte con un asesor.
 Terrible service, they do not answer the phones and they always tell you that they communicate and spend hours or that they communicate, and not even say to communicate with an advisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, compré una garantía extendida y en dos de las reparaciones (que incluía dicha garantía) me cobraron porque según está incluidas nada más ciertas piezas, la mano de obra no.
Después, en uno de los servicios de 10 mil km, notifique de un ruido en la llanta delantera (suspensión) para que aprovechara dicha revisión y no lo hicieron, me indicaron lo llevara al otro día pero ya tendría un costo de $1,200.00 por la revisión, aún cuando sigo con garantía.
No volveré a hacer mis servicios ahí aunque pierda la garantía que pagué.
Very bad service, I bought an extended warranty and in two of the repairs (which included that warranty) they charged me because as only certain parts are included, the labor is not.
Later, in one of the services of 10 thousand km, I notified of a noise in the front tire (suspension) so that I could take advantage of said revision and they did not, they told me to take it the other day but it would already have a cost of $ 1,200.00 for the revision , even though I still have a guarantee.
I will not do my services there again even if I lose the guarantee I paid.
