Ejemplo yo tengo un 2004 y ya no pudieron darme el servicio por que ya está muy viejito?. Deberían pensar en los clientes que no tenemos carro nuevo también tenemos para pagar un mantenimiento acordé a nuestro auto. En estas temporadas de crisis tal vez bajen la venta de autos pero aumentan los mantenimientos y reparaciónes para que no tengan que correr a nadie. No me dieron reporte de revisión dijeron que se enviaría al dia siguiente por correo ya pasaron 4 días y no ha llegado el correo Pésimo servicio. Tiempos de servicios super largos y mal programados. Hice cita para reparación y un trabajo de un dia se tardaron tres días y el motivo es que ellos atienden los autos conforme llegan a la agencia, no de acuerdo a la cita, por lo que el auto esta dias en la agencia sin que sea atendido. Después de todo ese tiempo no hicieron la revisión, solo cambiaron las piezas que les comente que yo creía que estaban mal y me lo entregan sin decirme que otras piezas estaban mal, yo me di cuenta. Tampoco me entregaron un reporte de la inspección. Realice el pago por anticipado de las refacciones y ha sido todo un lio que me envíen la factura. Sigo en espera de la factura después de dos semanas de haberlas pagado. En realidad busquen otra opción si no quieren tener un dolor de cabeza.
