★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención y poco profwsionalismo, me dijeron que le cambiaron toda la dirección asistida y todo lo que conecta el volante con la dirección y no cambiaron nada no hicieron valer la garantía internacional de Ford además de que al causar un accidente el perito tenga haga la revisión de que nonse cambio se podrá comprobar que es verdad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service guy was great with his little Spanish-to-English app on his phone. We were able to communicate just fine.
They checked off everything on my service request list, and then some - tackling a couple other items the van needed that I didn't mention. Service was great. They did a good job.
Of course, I have to mention employees not wearing masks (the custodial lady), or not wearing masks properly (the cashier lady).
