Opté por renovar mi pasaporte en una delegacion de la CDMX. NO REGRESARIA NUNCA A ESTAS OFICINAS. The staff at the entrance is rude, they lack empathy and a sense of attention to the public, they did not give me information, much less help. I opted to renew my passport at a CDMX delegation. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THESE OFFICES.

Como en toda oficina de gobierno, hay personas que son amables y otras que no lo son tanto; también el lugar es muy pequeño y es demasiada la gente que acude, por lo que eso hace que la gente empiece a desesperarse. Prometen entregar el pasaporte en 40 minutos, pero no es así. Hay que ir con tiempo suficiente y con la documentación completa. The process takes between 2 and 3 hours. El Pasaporte me lo dieron en 25 minutos pero llegue antes de mi cita, como 40 minutos antes. El personal en la entrada te dice el orden de los papeles pero en general es rápido. Por cierto, si te admiten el acta sacada por internet, hay que llevarla a color y una copia, así como los demás requisitos que aparecen en su página. Pd. And they took horrible pictures that the government could not use! So we paid twice for nothing. I feel like I got robbed in a legal way. Beware of that office, take extra pictures of yourself or your children because the other place will rip you off!!!
