★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una dualidad importante para este lugar, es la primera vez que lo visito y tengo que decir que el recibimiento y las atenciones iniciales super bien. Los alimentos y el café fueron buenos, no los mejores pero rico. Mi detalle estuvo al momento de pedir la cuenta a 3 personas diferentes y tardo. Para el momento de pagar tuve que pararme a hacerlo directo a caja porque ningún mesero me pudo ayudar.
I have an important duality for this place, it is the first time I visit it and I have to say that the reception and the initial attention are very good. Food and coffee were good, not the best but rich. My detail was at the time of asking the account to 3 different people and late. For the moment of payment I had to stop to go directly to the cashier because no waiter could help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy irregular, en verdad tienen que hacer un esfuerzo por mejorar ese aspecto. El área exterior está techada y permiten fumar en cualquier mesa lo cual es muy molesto para quienes no fumamos, además de no ser exactamente lo que la ley de protección al no fumador especifica. Al menos podrían poner la mitad de la terraza para fumar y la otra para no fumar divididas por el pasillo de entrada, pero ya casi todos los lugares prohíben fumar hasta en sus terrazas, que es lo más adecuado y acorde a la ley. Sobre todo los fines de semana acuden familias y muchos niños, es muy inoportuna su aceptación del tabaco en las mesas.
The service is very irregular, they really have to make an effort to improve that aspect. The outdoor area is covered and allow smoking at any table which is very annoying for those who do not smoke, besides not being exactly what the non-smoking law specifies. At least they could put half of the terrace to smoke and the other to not smoke divided by the entrance hall, but almost all places prohibit smoking even on their terraces, which is the most appropriate and in accordance with the law. Especially on weekends families and many children come, it is very unwelcome their acceptance of tobacco at the tables.

Es la segunda vez que voy y es la misma historia, en ambas ocasiones he pedido para llevar y la cajera atiende siempre de malas y cuando se le antoja, si tienes dudas sobre alguna bebida solo te dice "ahí dice todo", los meseros son mas amables pero no deja de dejar mucho que desear sus bebidas. Sus frappé son pésimos, café de mediana calidad y el moka parece mas una bebida de puro chocolate, como si olvidaran que lleva café. Por los costos no lo vale.
Terrible service. It's the second time I go and it's the same story, both times I've asked to take it and the cashier always takes care of it and when it seems like it, if you have doubts about a drink it just says "there it says everything", the waiters are more kind but does not stop leaving much to be desired their drinks. His frappé are terrible, coffee of medium quality and the moka seems more a drink of pure chocolate, as if they forgot that it takes coffee. For the costs it is not worth it.

Good prices and rich food. The service is sometimes slow and when there are functions in the theater or the auditorium is usually full.

Lugar tranquilo, buena comida y excelente experiencia. Y si le sumamos la posibilidad de entrar a obras de teatro y eventos culturales, pues te la pasas muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, nos dejaron esperando 20 minutos por una mesa cuando NO había gente y el mesero fué super grosero! No recomiendo este lugar!
Terrible customer service, they left us waiting 20 minutes for a table when there were NO people and the waiter was super rude! I do not recommend this place!
