FORMENTERA - 63734 Cruz de Huanacaxtle

Formentera is a nice building in a great location in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit. All units in this building seem to be rented at the same rate but all units are not equal, some are decorated nicely others are sparse, some have bbqs and nice patio furniture others do not. Apartment 501 is a sparse unit with no BBQ there is nothing luxurious about this apartment it is sparsely decorated with uncomfortable furniture and basic equipment in the kitchen, if you don't want to cook this is not an issue but when you are renting for 3 months you are going to want to cook at least occasionally, there was no toaster or Kettle when we arrived we asked for both and received the cheapest 2 slice toaster you can buy never received a kettle. Everything in this apartment is cheap or basic. There is no bbq we were told 1 was coming then after a month of asking we were finally told it was not coming it was too expensive to ship. We rented through GoldenVallarta Rentals the communication between them and clients is not good you quite often have to send the same request more than once. The roof top pool is very nice but often windy. The construction directly facing the building was very noisy and dusty during our stay so much so we could not use the balcony at all. As I said the building is nice but nothing fancy, the location is great but I cannot reccomend Apartment 501 at all especially for the rent they are charging.
