Se negaron a hacernos el rembolso. no pierdan su dinero !!!!!! Terrible hotel, full of cockroaches and ants, (generally horrible cleaning) Far from downtown Huatulco. Pésimo trato, las habitaciones sucias, no hay agua caliente, el aire acondicionado no sirve y tienen cucarachas. Tuve estancia de dos días y por tales circunstancias tuve que retirarme. Quite unpleasant my experience and I do not recommend it at all. Terrible treatment, dirty rooms, no hot water, air conditioning is not working and they have cockroaches. E	Elvira Espinosa Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te ofrecen tv por cable y aire acondicionado, mismos que no funcionan y eso no es todo, las habitaciones están sucias, encontramos en la cama demasiadas hormigas, así como cucarachas, había basura abajo de cama y hasta dinero tirado, de lo cual tenemos fotografías, en cuanto nos percatamos, le solicitamos cambiarnos de habitación y nos dijeron que no habían disponibles, que todo estaba ocupado, hasta al otro día, expedía nos ofrecio un rembolso y la gerente del hotel aceptó, en 72 horas tendríamos el rembolso, expedía nos comenta que el hotel se ha negado a darnos el rembolso. Hasta nos han bloqueado para no comentarles nada. Si no quieren pasar unas vacaciones desagradables, no vayan a este lugar!!!! Un asco de hotel ! Las camas se me hicieron cómodas. Todo tranquilo. El estacionamiento no hay por lo que puedes dejar tu vehículo afuera, es una calle tranquila. Descanse muy agusto. We stayed one night, attention from Mr. Javier, very kind since we contacted him by phone, we asked for two rooms, both with two double beds, cable TV service, air conditioning at 100, clean toilet. The beds were comfortable for me. All quiet. There is no parking so you can leave your vehicle outside, it is a quiet street. Rest very comfortable.
