Una cama súper incomoda y muy dura Terrible service, I ran out of water in the middle of the bath and it took about half an hour to restore it, I really do not recommend it. A super uncomfortable and very hard bed

No sé si así sea el sistema o se les olvidó.... Quisiera saber. At least when I stayed, there was no shampoo or soap, so I had to go to the store to get these items... I don't know if that's the system or if they forgot... I would like to know.

Cafetería: Los dueños tienen una cafetería a dos locales del restaurante en donde vende un delicioso chocolate. Excellent place to stay. Food: Restaurant food is pretty bad, again slow service and tasteless food. Cafeteria: The owners have a cafeteria two locations from the restaurant where they sell delicious chocolate.

La habitación era un poco pequeña pero agradable, eso si, el baño es bastante amplio The place is not easy But the bed that I got was very, very hard and I couldn't sleep. People are very friendly. The room was a bit small but nice, yes, the bathroom is quite spacious

Cobraron estacionamiento por dos noches y una de ellas el vehículo se quedo en su bodega. The room was dirty since we arrived. It does not have air conditioning or elevators or any access for the disabled. They charged parking for two nights and one of them the vehicle stayed in their warehouse.

El agua caliente tardo en salir 45 minutos, la regadera de la primera habitación salia para todos lados, de la segunda estaba rota la coladera. Toallas y colchas manchadas, el desayuno se supone que estaba incluido y nos daban café o jugo, pan y fruta, el primer día papaya pasada, el segundo día disque había plátano, nunca lo vimos, tuvimos que pedir a la carta y pagar extra. Las personas de recepción con una cara de horror, el coche tardo en llegar mas de 30 minutos. Very noisy hotel, BEDS like hard stone. The hot water took 45 minutes to come out, the shower in the first room went everywhere, the drain in the second room was broken. Stained towels and bedspreads, breakfast was supposed to be included and they gave us coffee or juice, bread and fruit, the first day soggy papaya, the second day there was banana, we never saw it, we had to order a la carte and pay extra. The reception people with a face of horror, the car took more than 30 minutes to arrive.
