Al parecer sí, pero solo platicando con sus amigos cuando deberían estar al pendiente de los usuarios (que para eso están pagando el servicio) y ni modo de mencionar que para eso está el servicio de entrenadores personalizados si de tantos clientes que agarran por hora los terminan desatendiendo, ahorita por tema de pandemia no están manejando ningún tipo de medida, solo un tapete en la entrada todo seco, las mancuernas regadas por todos lados, eso es peligroso y habla mal de la marca, menos platica a los entrenadores de piso y mínimo si no van a corregir a los usuarios su técnica que acomoden el equipo donde va, el líder de esa sucursal debería estar más al pendiente de esos temas, hay que tratar siempre de retener a los usuarios ¿cómo hacerlo? Dando un buen servicio, recuerden, solo hay una oportunidad para causar una buena impresión, operando de esa manera no se retienen los usuarios ni se atraen más. Saludos...
