★ ★ ★ ★ ★ que raro, hay muy buenos comentarios , pero el viernes entre y un señor ni me atendio, ni me saludo, ni na. lo mas raro era que iba con mi bici, un cliente potencial y nada. no hubo mal servicio simplemente no hubo servicio. en ese caso mejor comprar en internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calidez y muy buen servicio. Durante el tiempo en el que viví en CDMX, el equipo de esta tienda me asesoró y proveyó de todos los insumos que llegué a necesitar para mi bicicleta. Me dieron servicio y valiosos consejos e incluso me prestaron un casco, durante todo un año, para que anduviera protegido en mis viajes fuera de la ciudad. Es una pequeña gran tienda y un pequeño gran equipo de personal.
Warmth and very good service. During the time I lived in CDMX, the team at this store advised me and provided all the supplies I needed for my bicycle. They gave me valuable advice and service and even lent me a helmet, for a whole year, to protect me on my trips outside the city. It is a great little store and a great little team of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia regular de compra, tienen variedad limitada de productos, no es una tienda grande pero tienen lo necesario para armar una buena bici. Hice una compra de un producto que salio defectuoso, mi garantía lo cubrió pero algo que no me gusto fue que tardaron más de 3 meses en cambiar el producto y yo tuve que estarlos "correteando".
Regular shopping experience, they have a limited variety of products, it is not a big store but they have what it takes to build a good bike. I made a purchase of a product that was defective, my warranty covered it but something I did not like was that it took more than 3 months to change the product and I had to be "running around".
