★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gimnasio de Calistenia, la atención de los entrenadores es muy buena, de inicio te hacen una evaluación física para conocer tu actual condición física, con base en tus resultados te clasifican en cierto grupo y te explican con detenimiento los ejercicios que vas a realizar. Cuentan con baños, venta de suplementos y agua.
It is a Calistenia gym, the coaches' attention is very good, at the beginning they give you a physical evaluation to know your current physical condition, based on your results they classify you in a certain group and they explain in detail the exercises you are going to do . Instalaciones bonitas y en buen estado
Cuentan con servicio de coaching y todos los coaches son muy pacientes, te van instruyendo de una forma muy positiva y hay mucho apoyo, un ambiente sin prejuicios o situaciones incómodas
Experiencia muy agradable 10/10 y muy buena música la que ponen durante los entrenamientos
