It has Steam, and instructor Lucy of dances, zumba, spining and certified bokxing, in her training demonstrates it, and not to mention the morning shift coach, routines and personalized attention.

Para los que les gusta ejercitarse con poca gente, les recomiendo que vayan en un horario desde que abren hasta antes de las 3 pm y de 7 pm hasta el cierre es cuando hay menos gente! Los servicios que ofrece me parecen perfecto, las regaderas muy comodas e individuales junto con su area exclusiva para cambiarte agusto despues de ducharte; solo que deberian reparar algunas escaladoras y las corredoras que no funcionan; ahi para alla esta todo excelente.
Excellent place. For those who like to exercise with few people, I recommend that you go on a schedule from when they open until before 3 pm and from 7 pm until closing is when there are fewer people! The services it offers seem perfect to me, the showers are very comfortable and individual, together with its exclusive area to change you comfortably after showering; only some stair climbers and runners that don't work should be repaired; there for there is everything excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien el lugar, esta amplio, cuenta con mucho equipo y la atención es buena por parte del personal y entrenadores , pero las caminadoras solo funcionan 3 de todas las que tienen.
The place is fine, it is spacious, it has a lot of equipment and the attention is good from the staff and trainers, but the treadmills only work 3 of all they have.
