★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó, muy pocas maquinas, todas viejas y gastadas, la maquina para hacer pantorrilla sentado no sirve bien (si le pones un disco de 45 lb se cae y la agarradera esta floja), pocas bancas, muy pequeño e incómodo, no tiene jaula para sentadilla libre. Está mejor el gym rush y tambien queda cerca de esta zona.
 I did not like, very few machines, all old and worn, the calf machine sitting does not work well (if you put a 45 lb disc falls and the handle is loose), few benches, very small and uncomfortable, does not have cage for free squat. The gym rush is better and is also close to this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos instructores y muy buenas rutinas. Ves resultados rápidamente. El trato es muy respetuoso y te dan asesoría nutricional sin costo. Hay muy buen ambiente y aquí los instructores si hacen caso no como en otros.
Very good instructors and very good routines. You see results quickly. The treatment is very respectful and they give you nutritional advice without cost. There is a very good atmosphere and here the instructors do if they do not like others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar para entrenar, muy limpio, los aparatos aunque no están nuevos si están en buenas condiciones, la mensualidad es de 300 pesos, pero tienen varías promociones y si las tomas te puedes ahorrar la mitad. Y de las 10 de la mañana a las 6 de la tarde hay poca gente y se puede entrenar más agusto ?
