Excellent attention

This is one of my favorite places to take photos or even buy watches, but yesterday I went to take some snapshots, the two machines were busy for what I expected, one of the girls who attended with a very good attitude as always ( I admire this place a lot for that) but another of the girls is the youngest with a super nefarious, rude and arrogant attitude; which is not common in this place. I think they should pay attention and train new staff in customer service because apparently the girl is like new because I had not seen her before. And congratulations to the other girl, her attention was very good, since the other one told me that the photos came out in an hour and it was not like that, it was like that thanks to the kind girl who gave them to me in 20 minutes and to top it off the other girl was to claim that because he gave them to me in such a short period of time. Waters that here I will return and I will continue recommending people. Thanks in advance.

Easily the WORST service in all of Queretaro. Never in my life have I seen an employee with a worse attitude and manner than the one who works there. You forget that you are an employee who is there to serve customers in a good way. I recommend that you do not go to this place, avoid the hassle. It is unfortunate that they hire people who are clearly untrained and whose work they do not like. They give a terrible image to the business.

HORRIBLE attention since you arrive at the counter from there, terrible attention, you ask for a photo and measurements and they send you to the kiosk to print it if the machine does it well, if not, then let's see how you do it out of the happy machine and you have yourself to connect with Bluetooth and it does not link and if it does not link they tell you that it is your phone that does not work ? it is really a shame that they are there you can see that there is no supervision of anyone so those who are there do what they want and if They were already tired to do a job because they better close earlier and avoid the pain of clients receiving them reluctantly and part of everything they treat you as they want and you almost leave scolded from there that your cell phone does not work I would NEVER return bad attention in seriously do not waste your time with people who have no desire to do their work
