Exige la nota para recoger el trabajo y en ningún lugar específica que es necesario presentarla. Ante la perdida del documento, se negó a entregar el trabajo a pesar de que ya estaba pagado, ofreciendo uno como cliente soluciones al respecto. Su compañera de mostrador, coincidió con el cliente ante su falta de criterio y mal servicio por su actitud.
Es una lástima que el propietario deje su negocio encargado de gente que no sabe de servicio a clientes.
