★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible lugar, pésima atención al cliente, las fotografías de pasaporte que me entregaron parecen impresas en casa, no cuentan con papel fotográfico de calidad por lo que no fueron aceptadas al hacer el trámite, regresé a pedir que me las hicieran de nuevo con otro papel y tampoco fueron aceptadas.
Finalmente volví a ir al negocio después de pagar por el servicio más de una vez para explicar lo sucedido y pedir que me enviaran el archivo, y sólo conseguí que groseramente y queriéndome cobrar nuevamente, me enviaran un archivo de pésima calidad, una captura de pantalla, vamos.
El dueño no tiene idea de cómo tratar a un cliente y debería darle vergüenza comportarse de esa forma, cero profesionalidad.
No recomendaría este establecimiento bajo ningún concepto y lo siento por el chico que trabaja ahí y la señora amable que no tienen la culpa de como este señor lleva su negocio.
Terrible place, terrible customer service, the passport photographs that they gave me seem to have been printed at home, they do not have quality photographic paper so they were not accepted when doing the procedure, I went back to ask to have them made again with another paper and they were not accepted either.
I finally went back to the business after paying for the service more than once to explain what happened and ask them to send me the file, and only rudely and wanting to charge me again, they sent me a file of poor quality, a screenshot , we go.
The owner has no idea how to treat a customer and should be ashamed of behaving that way, zero professionalism.
I would not recommend this establishment under any circumstances and I feel sorry for the guy who works there and the friendly lady who are not to blame for how this man runs his business.
