Cuando fuimos a agendar con el señor para una bodase promociono muy bien, muy amable, 100 fotos, 1 cuadro grand de regalo, precio accesible para una boda en una comunidad. Se le pago todo (gran error). Dias antes regresamos a confirmar, dijo q sus precios habian subido pero q nos iba a respetar el precio q nos dio. Sin embargo nos dijo q él nos habia dicho 80 fotos, y q el tiempo q él dispuso desde el principio era 5 hrs, mas no se podia, el problema es q necesitabamos mas asi q ajustamos las cosas para q todo se haga en esas 5 hrs, tampoco estaba dispuesto a quedarse más. Claro, el comprobante de pago q nos dieron no especificaba nada, ni cuantas fotos y tiempo nos incluia, gran error. Al final ya no se grabo el registro, solo la iglesia y la recepción se tuvo que hacer rapido para que se grabara todo porque el señor nos recordaba q se iba después d las 5hrs. Hasta el señor no estaba ya contento con brindarnos el servicio pero tampoco no quiso regresar el dinero. TODA LA GRABACION SALIO BORROSA, no salio enfocado el video, tampoco se esforzo mucho en la edicion. Tardo demasiado tiempo en entregarnos las fotos, y despues para q nos entregara el video fue otro tiempo mas, fueron como 3 meses. Lo fuimos a ver muchas veces para ir a buscar las fotos pero siempre nos postergaba la fecha, hasta que por fin nos lo dio. Mala experiencia. Terrible service.
