Servicio al cliente, en mi experiencia las entregas no son puntuales( hasta 1h, cuando ya tienes asignado un horario para la entrega), por sentido común significa que no tienen preparado tus fotos y comienzan a trabajarlas en cuanto llegas a recibirla

Customer service, in my experience deliveries are not punctual (up to 1h, when you already have an assigned time for delivery), by common sense it means that they do not have your photos ready and start working on them as soon as you arrive to receive them
