★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO cumplimiento de paquetes para fotografía y video de eventos.
Acudimos al lugar para contratar un paquete de fotografía de estudio y video para nuestra boda, pensando en que se trataba de un sitio profesional y con experiencia.
Al pedir informes nos comentaron que su paquete incluía la filmación al salir de nuestras casas, el evento religioso y la fiesta. Comentamos que por la situación del Covid no planeábamos hacer ninguna comida o fiesta por lo que solicitábamos un paquete más sencillo que solo cubriera la ceremonia, a lo que nos respondieron que NO PODÍAN MODIFICAR el paquete, indicando que si sus camarografos tuvieran que acudir durante una hora u 8 horas él tendría que pagarles EXACTAMENTE LO MISMO.
Se firmó un contrato por un paquete de $7,800
Al final sí decidimos realizar una pequeña fiesta de 30 personas en nuestra casa, por lo que notificamos dicho cambio con la dirección de nuestro domicilio (a 5 minutos de distancia del evento religioso), a lo que nos comentaron que no habría problema.
Durante la filmación de nuestra boda, no tuvimos problema alguno, se filmó la salida desde nuestras casas, la ceremonia religiosa y el evento en nuestra casa. Sin embargo, al momento de recoger nuestras fotografías y video en el tiempo en que acordaron tener listo (lo cual NO cumplieron), resulta que nos comentaron que salió más tiempo de la filmación y fotografías de las acordadas por lo que deberíamos pagar un aprox. de $1,500 extras.
Fue sumamente molesto que una vez liquidado el paquete quisieran pedir dinero extra para liberar tanto las fotografías como el video de la reunión realizada en nuestro domicilio.
No accedimos puesto que se firmó un contrato con un precio específico. Sumando a la falta de compromiso nos entregaron las fotos y video (solo de la ceremonia religiosa) más de 2 meses después, aun cuando en el contrato especifican que se entrega en un máximo de 30 días naturales.
PARA NADA RECOMIENDO contratar un servicio con Foto Estudio NIKON para eventos por esta mala experiencia, es una lástima que se pierdan momentos de un evento único como lo es una boda por actos tan poco profesionales mostrados en éste estudio fotográfico.
 Terrible package performance for event photography and video.
We went to the place to hire a studio photography and video package for our wedding, thinking that it was a professional and experienced site.
When asking for information, they told us that their package included the filming when leaving our houses, the religious event and the party. We commented that due to the Covid situation we did not plan to have any food or party, so we requested a simpler package that only covered the ceremony, to which they responded that they COULD NOT MODIFY the package, indicating that if their cameramen had to attend during a hour or 8 hours he would have to pay EXACTLY THE SAME.

In the end, we did decide to have a small party of 30 people in our house, so we notified this change with our address (5 minutes away from the religious event), to which they told us that there would be no problem.
During the filming of our wedding, we had no problems, the departure from our houses, the religious ceremony and the event in our house were filmed. However, when we collected our photographs and video at the time they agreed to have it ready (which they did NOT comply with), it turns out that they told us that there was more time for filming and photographs than agreed, so we should pay approx. of $ 1,500 extras.
It was extremely annoying that once the package was settled they wanted to ask for extra money to release both the photographs and the video of the meeting held at our home.
We did not agree since a contract with a specific price was signed. In addition to the lack of commitment, they gave us the photos and video (only of the religious ceremony) more than 2 months later, even though the contract specifies that it is delivered in a maximum of 30 calendar days.
FOR NOTHING I RECOMMEND hiring a service with Foto Estudio NIKON for events due to this bad experience, it is a shame that moments of a unique event such as a wedding are missed due to such unprofessional acts shown in this photographic studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor atiende muy bien, la calidad de las fotos pues es estándar, lo malo es cuando te atienden una chica y una señora, me ha tocado que ambas son super payasas y lo peor cobran de más, porque el señor me dijo un precio y ellas le aumentan y cuando les dices el señor me dijo a tanto se molestan. En fin a buscar nuevo estudio fotográfico.
PD. Si no les gusta su trabajo échenle ganas a encontrar algo en lo que les guste trabajar para que no corran a los clientes.

Finally looking for a new photo studio.
P.S. If you don't like your job, try to find something you like to work on so you don't run away from customers.
