★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solicité unas fotografías para certificado de Maestría y me querían entregar unas fotos con mi cara deforme y sin cumplir con las especificaciones, el fotógrafo muy engreído, pues tajantemente me dijo que no haría la repetición de la toma de otra foto, le tuve que decir que acudiría ante la PROFECO, lo cuál contesto, que no le interesaba en absoluto. Pésimo servicio, quien se cree para tratar así a los clientes.
Y, todavía se atreve a contestar, no se da cuenta que de ese modo está negando sus servicios y, comete una infracción, un daño, además viola un derecho, el de discriminación. Por eso le digo señor, que usted no sabe lo que dice y, si hice mención de que soy abogado, es porque usted tajantemente sin saber cuál era la cuestión del reclamo del servicio se dio a la tarea de decir: "ya no se repite el servicio, que se lleve sus fotografías así", con una actitud despota y engreída. Creo y debe de usted saber, que si usted tiene como dice 54 años de servicio, debe de cuidar su prestigio, sobre todo eso, en este tiempo tan lamentable que es difícil para todos los empresarios, no dude en que usted no tiene calidad en su empresa, pues carece de una mal y muy pésima atención al cliente, comenzando por el titular de esta. Imagine, que ejemplo y valores muestra ante sus subordinados, es por eso que es necesario hacer valer los derechos de los consumidores con gente como usted, que solo se vitorea y piensa que con sus miserables reconvenciones puede convencer a la gente del mal trato que me dio en su local. Es más lo reto a que publique el video (completo) que grabo, pues dijo usted "te están grabando, "haber quien sale en este caso más perjudicado, usted por valentón o yo por defender mis derechos como consumidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si eres de la unam y vas a sacar fotos de título, piénsalo dos veces. El precio es elevado y la resolución de las fotos mala. Dos personas fuimos a este estudio en febrero y ahora que entregamos documentos (la UNAM está súper atrasada en materia de titulación) casi nos regresan las fotos, y al compararlas con las de los estudios de por CU en escolares era súper notorio cómo están de baja calidad las fotos. No se arriesguen!
Por otro lado son amables, pero :/ las fotos para la unam no más no.
If you are from the unam and you are going to take title photos, think twice. The price is high and the resolution of the photos is poor.
