Lo atiende la duela que es sumamente amable y dedicada a su negocio. Recomiendo ampliamente esta fotografía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de las fotos deja mucho que desear, desde la resolución, el contraste y hasta en cómo recortan las fotografías se nota la falta de profesionalismo. No vale la pena lo que cuesta, tuve que ir a la competencia de alado y por una diferencia de 10 pesos superó por mucho la calidad de las fotografías. Si buscas fotos para trámites oficiales busca otras opciones pues puede que no te las acepten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me había molestado en escribir una opinión sobre un mal negocio, y vaya que hay muchos en la ciudad. Esta ocasión es la primera que siento que amerita escribir algo:
Dejando de lado la atención (que es de la peor calidad, basta cruzar tres palabras con la encargada para saber que no quiere estar ahí) y el precio (que es verdaderamente el doble de lo que cuesta la misma foto en cualquier otro lado), después de pagar el doble y esperar dos días, uno espera una fotografía que por lo menos salga objetivamente bien (dejando de lado aspectos subjetivos), no existe la opción de ver la foto después de que la tomaron hasta que ya está impresa, no te avisan si algo de tu ropa se mueve (llévate un espejo o algo para verte en el segundo antes de que la tomen) y no hacen retoques. Solo se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, el resto no vale la pena.

Las fotos son de malísima calidad, la señorita que atiende contesta las preguntas de mal modo en torno a la diferencia final entre la calidad de las análogas y digitales. Al final, la que te tomes sale de pésima calidad. Las tuve que repetir a unos pasos de ahí. La dueña amable, me devolvió supuestamente mi dinero, aunque me dio menos, cree que no me di cuenta, pero se lo pongo por aquí. Y bueno, entiendo que para muchos negocios ha sido difícil salir adelante, pero eso no justifica el mal trato al cliente.
