★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron las fotos con una calidad muy baja y cuando me quejé me mostro otros que eran iguales, diciendo que todos son asi. Como si eso fuera algo bueno... cuando insistí que estaban malas me dijo que las cambiaría pero llegarían hasta el otro dia.
Como me urgían las fotos dije que yo iria por ellas. Fui hasta el centro a buscar las fotos "corregidas". Llegue y no habia nadie en la tienda. Depues de 5 mintos de estarles llamando llegó un joven y me entregó las fotos nuevas que eran iguales de malas como las primeras. Me quejé y me dijo que él las veía bien...
Los comparé con unas fotos que tenia en mi cartera y el dijo que no vio mucha diferencia...
Mala calidad del producto, mal servicio, me desperdicieron mi tiempo y dinero.
They gave me the photos with a very low quality and when I complained they showed me others that were the same, saying that they are all like that. As if that was a good thing ... when I insisted that they were bad he told me that he would change them but they would last until the next day.
As the photos urged me, I said that I would go for them. I went downtown to find the "corrected" photos. I arrived and there was no one in the store. After 5 minutes of calling them, a young man arrived and gave me the new photos that were just as bad as the first ones. I complained and he told me that he saw them well ...
I compared them to some photos I had in my portfolio and he said he didn't see much of a difference ...
Poor product quality, bad service, my time and money was wasted.
