★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Se solicitaron unas fotografías para título, las cuales no fueron entregadas con las especificaciones correctas y además se manipuló tanto la imagen que el sujeto no se parecía en nada al retrato.
En efecto, se hizo una reclamación, y se recibió una respuesta (con cierto tono de burla) en la que se nos dijo que las fotografías no tenían ningún problema. Finalmente se nos prometió un cambio, pero al final el resultado no varió demasiado.
Esta fue mi experiencia, no puedo hablar por los resultados obtenidos por otras personas ni por los 50 años que lleva este negocio en función. Difamar a un pequeño negocio no me beneficia o perjudica en absolutamente nada, sólo expongo lo ocurrido en mi caso particular.
Bad experience. Some photographs were requested for title, which were not delivered with the correct specifications and also the image was manipulated so much that the subject did not resemble the portrait at all.
Indeed, a complaint was made, and a response was received (with a certain tone of derision) in which we were told that the photographs had no problem. Finally we were promised a change, but in the end the result did not change much.
This was my experience, I cannot speak for the results obtained by other people or for the 50 years that this business has been in operation. Defaming a small business does not benefit or harm me at all, I only expose what happened in my particular case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De principio la ubicación no es en el número 191 sino en el número 183 según indicaciones desde el número telefónico que aparece registrado.
El encargado del negocio no ofrece un servicio de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente, solo paquetes armados y sin posibilidad de ajustes para que el cliente consiga lo que necesita.
En resumen para adquirir algo de acuerdo a tus necesidades deberías adquirir al menos tres paquetes separados y por ende con un costo mucho mas elevado además de no ser claro en lo que ofrece!
Lastima por que tenía muy buenas reseñas por eso acudí al lugar!
