★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que te atiende no se ve muy amigable ya qué todo el tiempo está peleando con sus trabajadores y vecinos por temas que no son de tu incumbencia, pero el trámite de visa lo hace bastante rápido al igua que la cita después de entregar el pago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para una urgencia esta bien el lugar, pero cuidado si pides alguna característica especial, ya que deberás casi casi ponérsela por escrito y recordarles nuevamente al tomar la foto.
Solicité unas fotos tamaño infantil en mate, ya que les pondrían un sello, y me las entregaron brillosas, por lo que el sello no se quedaría en la foto. Al momento de comentarle que las había pedido en mate, me dijeron "ah es que no me dijo...." y nunca la saqué de su error. Y ya que había pagado primero, me pedían que volviera a pagar si las quería en mate.
For an emergency the place is fine, but be careful if you ask for a special feature, since you will almost have to put it in writing and remind them again when taking the photo.
I requested some child-size photos in matte, since they would put a stamp on them, and they gave me shiny, so the stamp would not stay on the photo. When I told her that I had asked for them in mate, they told me "oh, she didn't tell me ..." and I never got her out of her mistake.
