★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el día de hoy Sábado 6 de Abril a las 14:30 y me tocó la mala suerte de que me atendieran mal. Una señora mayor que tal vez no tuvo un buen día ya que desde el momento que entré me hizo mala cara y al pedirle de favor que me anotara dos precios se molestó aún más. De mala manera igual me dió los horarios en que yo podía ir y si no se lo pregunto, ni lo menciona.
Espero que solamente haya sido un mal día para la señora.
En cuestión del lugar muy limpio y se ve que son profesionales por la forma en que tienen decorado, me llamaron la atención unas fotografías, muy bien hechas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me da mucha lastima leer que no soy la única y lo peor de todo es que el tramite para la precartilla solo aceptan las fotos de ese estudio ....espero y los dueños o encargados tomen cartas en el asunto sobre la acritud y trato de esa señora ya que no hace su trabajo con buena actitud uno no tiene la culpa que sea miserable en su vida señora....y no solo se dedique a criticar alas personas que van a adarle trabajo
Terrible service makes me very sad to read that I am not the only one and the worst of all is that the process for the pre-card only accepts the photos of that study .... I hope that the owners or managers take action on the matter about the acrimony and I treat that lady because she doesn't do her job with a good attitude, it's not your fault that she's miserable in her life, lady...and don't just criticize the people who are going to give you work

I dropped in to Roxy to get photos for my Canadian passport. After about a ten minute wait I was ushered into the spacious studio where there is a wash basin to freshen up. The photo shoot took less than five minutes. The photos were ready the next morning. Although not flattering, they were exactly what I needed.
