 Served with great effort and dedication. We ask for some passport photos with the characteristics they ask for (demanding). The person attended us urgently and with great kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, precios bajos (60 pesos por 9 fotos infantiles) pero de mala calidad y con poca nitidez. El servicio exprés cuesta 10 pesos más pero aun así tardan alrededor de 1 hora en entregar.
Good attention, low prices (60 pesos for 9 children's photos) but of poor quality and with little sharpness. The express service costs 10 pesos more but still takes around 1 hour to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que sus fotografías no son instantáneas pero sí lo son. Pregunté antes de tomar la foto y cuando me las entregaron. El señor, muy de malas me dijo que le llevara a quien dijera que son instantáneas.
Me dijo que si no las recibían, devolvería el dinero, pero claro que no podrá devolverme el tiempo que perdí en dar tantas vueltas.
Definitivamente no las recomiendo.
Las fotografías salen borrosas y con mala calidad de impresión. Las impresiones de Office Depot que si son instantáneas, se ven mucho mejor.
They say that their photographs are not snapshots but they are. I asked before taking the photo and when they were delivered to me. The gentleman, very badly told me to take whoever said they are instant.
He told me that if they did not receive them, he would return the money, but of course he will not be able to return the time I wasted in going around so many times.
I definitely do not recommend them.
Photos are blurry and have poor print quality. Office Depot prints that if instant, look much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los señores son amables pero desgraciadamente no están muy actualizados en el mundo digital. Te sacan de un apuro pero sus fotografías no son de altísima calidad. Eso sí, el precio es accesible. 70 pesos por 9 fotos tamaño infantil a color.
The gentlemen are friendly but unfortunately they are not very up to date in the digital world. They get you out of trouble but their photographs are not of the highest quality. Of course, the price is accessible. 70 pesos for 9 color child size photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirve ser "amable" si la calidad del trabajo no es la que se necesita.
Antes de que digan "y que esperabas por ese precio?", el precio lo pusieron ellos, yo no les regateé nada. Esperaba un buen trabajo, pero .. oh decepción. debo sacar las fotos otra vez.
Pd: hablo de las fotografías tamaño infantil en blanco y negro. pésima calidad. Espero haber sido el único y el último en que le hayan entregado un trabajo de esa calidad.
It is useless to be "nice" if the quality of the work is not what is needed.
Before they say "and what did you expect for that price?", the price was set by them, I didn't haggle over anything. I expected a good job, but .. oh disappointment. I have to take the photos again.
PS: I'm talking about black and white child-size photographs. Poor quality. I hope I was the only one and the last one to have been given a job of that quality.
