★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buenos paquetes y buena atención al cliente, sin embargo los tiempos de espera para recibir tus fotos son muy largos... Me entregaron 2 meses después de mi evento y con errores en los nombres, en el álbum los escribieron de una manera y en la caratula de los discos los escribieron diferente.
They have good packages and good customer service, however the waiting times to receive your photos are very long ... They delivered me 2 months after my event and with errors in the names, in the album they wrote them in one way and in the album covers were written differently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo que buscas es algo económico y de calidad media, ésta es la opción. Los fotógrafos no están a la vanguardia en cuanto a tomas y ángulos. El servicio es bueno, amables, la calidad del álbum fue la esperada aunque no hacen edición a sus fotos ni incluyen flashes extra en paquetes básicos.
If what you are looking for is something cheap and of medium quality, this is the option. Photographers are not at the forefront when it comes to shots and angles. The service is good, friendly, the quality of the album was as expected, although they do not edit their photos or include extra flashes in basic packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empezamos bien con la sesión de fotos, hasta donde sé fue el dueño el que llevó a cabo la sesión de fotos previo al evento, en día del evento salió pésimo, para empezar no hicieron un orden para el acomodo de los padrinos cuando iban a entrar al templo (entendí que quizás no todos lo hacían) en el evento las tomas de vídeo estuvieron desenfocadas, las fotografías muy simples como si hubieran sido tomadas con un teléfono por cualquier persona, ya que se notó la falta de profesionalismo en las tomas. Realmente un profesional debe cuidar todo el entorno que se plasma en una imagen y no solo decir que son casuales, y no están en una sesión de fotos. A la entrega final hubo errores con el álbum, ya que estaba mal impreso y los vídeos de la USB no se reproducían, los tuvieron que subir a una nube para descargarlos yo y adjuntarlos a la USB. Maltrataron la imagen del caballete una vez que se la llevaron del evento. Cero recomendado. Nada que ver las fotos que suben a sus redes con las que toman el día del evento, no se confíen.
We started well with the photo session, as far as I know it was the owner who carried out the photo session prior to the event, on the day of the event it was terrible, to begin with they did not make an order for the accommodation of the godparents when they were going to enter to the temple (I understood that perhaps not all did) in the event the video shots were out of focus, the photographs were very simple as if they had been taken with a phone by anyone, since the lack of professionalism in the shots was noted. Really, a professional must take care of the entire environment that is captured in an image and not just say that they are casual, and they are not in a photo session. At the final delivery there were errors with the album, since it was badly printed and the videos from the USB were not reproduced, they had to be uploaded to a cloud to download them and attach them to the USB. They mistreated the image on the easel once it was taken away from the event. Zero recommended. Nothing to see the photos that are uploaded to their networks with the ones they take on the day of the event, do not trust them.
