★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad fueron MUY poco profecionales, ya que ellos eran los encargados exclusivos de tomar fotos para 2 eventos en una institucion, a lo cual manejaron 2 precios diferentes para cada evento con la misma cantidad de fotos, y tiempo despues del evento, comunican por mensaje que les habian robado la computadora donde tenian las fotos, y nos reiteraban que no era su culpa, lo cual no es totalmente cierto, ya que debian de tener respaldos en la nube, para casos como ese o que se desconponga la computadora. Al final, pudieron recuperar algunas fotos de cada evento, pero trataron de rellenar el paquete más caro con fotos del paquete mas barato, para cobrar más. Tienen que mejorar mucho en su profecionalismo.
The truth was they were VERY unprofessional, since they were the exclusive managers of taking photos for 2 events in an institution, to which they managed 2 different prices for each event with the same number of photos, and time after the event, they communicate by message that they had stolen the computer where they had the photos, and they reiterated to us that it was not their fault, which is not totally true, since they must have backups in the cloud, for cases like that or that the computer is disconnected. In the end, they were able to retrieve some photos from each event, but they tried to fill the most expensive package with photos from the cheapest package, to charge more. They have to improve a lot in their professionalism.
