Una de ellas en cuanto al servicio, ya que el fotógrafo tiene pésima actitud y le da igual como salga la foto. La segunda se repitió la misma actitud y con un resultado bastante deficiente en las fotos. Ni hablar.
For years it was a great place with excellent service. My last two experiences were terrible. One of them in terms of service, since the photographer has a terrible attitude and does not care how the photo comes out. The second the same attitude was repeated and with a rather poor result in the photos. No way.

Horrible job, they do not take care of the client or the appearance for documents as special as a title, they are not able to say "I'll adjust the jacket or the blouse" it is the second time that I take photos here on recommendation but I will never return, horrible and faces

Expensive but excellent photographs, for titles or any official document, they are worth the cost. And if it is a family photo studio? They are masters!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dijeron que ya habían hecho fotografías para mi universidad y, sin embargo, mi universidad me rechazó las fotografías de título. Las fotos tenían un filtro azulado y estaban en un papel de muy mala calidad cuando yo las pedí B/N en papel mate.
Les marqué para pedirles que me las volvieran a hacer con las especificaciones antes dichas, ofreciéndome a pagarlas de nuevo y me dijeron que no trabajaban con otro material. Luego les pedí que me mandaran el archivo digital de la fotografía por correo para que pudiera imprimirla en otro estudio y me dijeron que me cobrarían $150 por el correo con mi foto.
Pésima calidad, precios altos y nulo interés por resolver sus errores .
They told me that they had already taken photos for my university and yet my university rejected my degree photos. The photos had a bluish filter and were on very poor quality paper when I ordered them B/W on matte paper.
I called them to ask them to do them again with the aforementioned specifications, offering to pay for them again and they told me that they did not work with any other material. I then asked them to mail me the digital file of the photograph so I could print it at another studio and was told they would charge me $150 for the mail with my photo.
Terrible quality, high prices and no interest in solving their mistakes.
