★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa con una falta de profesionalismo inmensa, incumplen su propio contrato no entregan sus productos en tiempo y forma y al llegar los hacen esperar entre 1 o 2 horas porque apenas van a armar sus cuadros y una vez que lo hacen todo mal hecho con fotos distintas hasta sin la tuya.
Dejan mucho que desear en sus servicios jamás recomendaría este negocio.
 It is a company with an immense lack of professionalism, they breach their own contract, they do not deliver their products in a timely manner and when they arrive they make them wait between 1 or 2 hours because they are hardly going to assemble their paintings and once they do everything wrong with different photos even without yours.
They leave much to be desired in their services. I would never recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable el servicio, no entregan el trabajo que ofrecen, en el tiempo que establecen y no se comunican para saber si ya tienen el trabajo terminado, a nosotros nos dijeron un mes, y aún estamos esperando, que pena tenian una buena reputación, en la ciudad de Puebla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en ésta sucursal fue muy buena, desde la srita que atiende en recepción hasta el chico que me tomó (y editó) mi fotografía ✨? una atención excelente de su parte pero sobre todo la empatía y amabilidad con la que me trató ya que tengo estrabismo y eso de las fotografías me hace sentir algo incómoda pero él me tuvo mucha paciencia y me hizo sentir confianza; eso para mí fue un gesto ENORME, gracias Ramón☺️✨ El trabajo en general es bueno, la calidad, rapidez y todo, los precios son acordes.
My experience in this branch was very good, from the lady who attends the reception to the boy who took (and edited) my photograph ✨? excellent attention on his part but above all the empathy and kindness with which he treated me since I have a squint and that of the photographs makes me feel somewhat uncomfortable but he was very patient with me and made me feel confident; That was a HUGE gesture for me, thanks Ramón☺️✨ The work in general is good, the quality, speed and everything, the prices are consistent.
