★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedad de servicios de impresión y enmarcado. Dejé unas impresiones para enmarcar y fui por ellas dos días después de la fecha compromiso. No estaban listas, y no me daban razón. Tuve que insistir para que me dieran una nueva fecha de entrega, que sí cumplieron. Buena calidad del marco. Me hicieron un descuento por la demora. Los precios no son baratos.
 Variety of printing and framing services. I left some prints to frame and went for them two days after the engagement date. They weren't ready, and they didn't give me reason. I had to insist that they give me a new delivery date, which they did. Good quality of the frame. They gave me a discount for the delay. The prices are not cheap.

Venden un poco de material y equipo fotográfico, aunque muy poca variedad.
La atención es buena, aunque no todos los empleados son igual de atentos y pacientes.
Sus precios no son tan elevados.
El local está bien ubicado y cuenta con cuatro cajones de estacionamiento. Una de las mejores opciones en Guadalajara para los fotógrafos, tanto aficionados como profesionales.
Mención especial merece el cuidado que tienen al seguir el protocolo de seguridad ante la pandemia. Pocos lugares he visitado que tengan esa preocupación. Bien por ellos!

They sell some photographic material and equipment, although very little variety.
The service is good, although not all employees are equally attentive and patient.
Their prices are not that high.
The place is well located and has four parking spaces. One of the best options in Guadalajara for photographers, both amateurs and professionals.
Special mention should be made of the care they take in following the security protocol in the face of the pandemic. Few places I have visited that have that concern. Good for them!

I asked them to develop two of my films, I got them back full of fingerprints, holes, weird red lights and prints of film edges!
They are destroyed + they put masking tape on the films + it was expensive (400$) + the ladies are so lazy and four of them were not doing anything just looking at us until another woman asked them to take care of us (after 10mins) and then they were super impatient with us
