No ponen atención en las impresiones algunos paquetes les faltan fotografías otras las duplican, el trato cuando preguntas algo es grosero, te dicen q las tienen a una hora en especifico y se tardan mas le dan prioridad algunos clientes que les proporcionan propina antes de la impresión. A part of the staff in this branch have no professional ethics. P	Patricia Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que vine y mala experiencia, no creo volver, vine a imprimir 30 fotos, ellos me dieron la muestra de que mi foto se veía mejor con un libero retoque que aclaraba la imagen , y pedí que las 30 fotos fueran así con el retoque, aparte de que me hicieron perder tiempo de solo esperar para que me dieran respuestas a mis dudas, al recibir mi pedido , todas sin retoque!!! Me las volvieron a hacer e iguales, la verdad no la recomiendo para nada , eran una foto de celular !!! Llegué a imprimir credenciales, pueden imprimirlas al instante, antes lo hacían, pero dijeron que vuelva por ellas dos días más tarde. Solo es flojera de no trabajar y ser eficientes. Es el tipo de actitud mexicana de hacer perder el tiempo a los demás. En el pasado fueron eficientes. Ahora les pasará lo que a la Kodak, por no actualizarse. También pedí imprimir fotos en papel metalico y aseguraron que lo harían en papel metalico y al wntregarme kas fotos, lo imprimieron en papel normal. Quinientos pesos en fotos que no quería en ese papel. Mienten y no saben hacer su trabajo. Veo que entre los que comentan, algunos son amigos de estas personas y por ello no dicen la verdad del trato que en este negocio dan a los clientes. Vayan y vean por sí mismos. Se creen muy buenos y por ello dan mal servicio al cliente, pero ya no dan el buen servicio que daban en el pasado They have the Mexican habit of wasting the customer's time.
