Hasta el momento llevo 6 meses y no me han acabado de entregar mis fotografías, ponen de pretexto que su proveedor les falló. No recomendaría sacar fotos con ellos. Yo soy fotógrafo y a mí me gusta apoyar el trabajo de los demás fotógrafos, así que acepté el paquete con todo gusto a pesar de que es muy muy carísimo. Punto número 1. No entregan un buen trabajo. La calidad es muy escasa a pesar de que "Tienen buen equipo" 2.- El trato que dan es muy nefasto, no sé si porque "somos de prepa" pero el trato es nefasto 3.- No dan buenas opciones para entrega de fotos y no son acomedidos para la entrega de fotos 4.- Solo les importa el dinero y no debe ser así. Siempre debe ser primero el cliente que el dinero. 5.- Deben mejorar la atención y calidad de fotos, ya que las fotografías grupales las distorsionan. 6.- Gracias. Porque ellos nos comentaron qué aproximadamente al mes iban a entregarnos nuestras fotos, pero se comenzaron a tardar mucho les comenzamos a llamarles a los números que nos proporcionaron, sin embargo nunca nos respondieron hasta, que le di aviso a la persona que nos los recomendó y solo de esa forma,nos contestaron ellos prometieron que nos los iban a entregar ya en la próxima semana, pero el día de la entrega nos dijo que qué los esperáramos más, porque aún no tenían los Marcos, y posteriormente que todo su equipo de fotografía se había contagiado de covid, que nadie podia atendernos, Así que les llame y les pedí otro número para poder contactarlos, me dieron el de WhatsApp, pero resulta que ese número es personal de un trabajador de ahí, así pasaron dos meses y aún no nos entregaban nada cada semana era de presionarlos para que nos entregarán nuestros paquetes, hasta el punto de decirle que ya mejor nos regresar a nuestro dinero, pero se espantaron y quedamos de vernos para la entrega de las fotos. Cuándo cuando recibí los cuadros con las fotos en las placas grabadas se equivocaron de nombre y carrera. Ellos nos prometían que nos iban a entregar la próxima semana, sin embargo tomé mis cuadros Y fui a las oficinas de fotomax por que me dijeron que ahí mismo me las cambiaban, al llegar descubrí otra que sus instalaciones estaban en mal estado, las togas con las que te toman las fotos las tienen sin forros y todas llenas de polvo, de milagro no me contagié de pulgas porque cuando yo me puse una toga, vi una pequeña capa de polvo pero en ese momento no le tome importancia, osea cuantas personas se las habran puesto antes de mí. Así que cuando las repararon, me entregaron mis fotos con el nombre y carrera corregidos se las mostré a mi papá para corroborar y la persona que me atendió se empezó a rascar los huevos estando afuera con nosotros y todavía se olió la mano vaya dato perturbador?, en general tienen un mal servicio, se tardan mucho tiempo para entregar y lo barato sale caro con ellos.?
