★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un negocio serio. Llevé un par de cámaras para cotizar su repararación. Al no estar en técnico les tomaron fotos para que él revisara si es posible o no la reparación. Dejé mi número, inmediatamente la asesora me agregó y mando mensaje por whatsapp (con el número de la empresa). Esto fué un sábado, me comentaron el lunes me darían respuesta acerca del servicio. Estamos a jueves y aún no me contactan, a pesar de que les mandé mensaje en varias ocasiones. Se la pasan subiendo estados, claramente la cuenta está activa. En pocas palabras me decidieron ignorar, no sé pudieron molestar en avisarme que no es posible la reparación. Les recomiendo eviten esta tienda.

This was on a Saturday, they told me on Monday they would give me an answer about the service. It's Thursday and they still haven't contacted me, even though I sent them a message on several occasions. They keep uploading states, clearly the account is active. In short, they decided to ignore me, I don't know they could bother to warn me that the repair is not possible. I recommend you avoid this store.

Quedé también muy a gusto con el servicio que le dieron a una cámara y 2 objetivos que dejé para limpieza y reparación. Aunque al principio se tardaron en darle seguimiento a mis correos por dudas que tuve, me entregaron mi equipo en tiempo y forma para el día que lo requería.

I was also very pleased with the service they gave to a camera and 2 lenses that I left for cleaning and repair. Although at first they took time to follow up on my emails due to doubts I had, they delivered my equipment in a timely manner for the day I needed it.
