★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan demasiado en entregar las fotos y se excusan de manera poco profesional al momento de pedir explicaciones, aún teniendo evidencia por mensajes de que se habían confirmado las fotografías y se había ido al local a elegir las fotos para el álbum.
Terrible service, they take too long to deliver the photos and they apologize unprofessionally when asking for explanations, even having evidence by messages that the photos had been confirmed and they had gone to the place to choose the photos for the album.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pese a algunos comentarios no tan favorables, fui a tomarme fotos para diploma... Abren sabado y domingo toooodoooo el dia!!!! Los precios se me hicieron justos, atencion de las chicas (tanto cajera como fotografa) muy atentas y amables. Excelente servicio.
Despite some not so favorable comments, I went to take pictures for a diploma ... They open Saturday and Sunday toooodoooo the day !!!! The prices were fair, attention of the girls (both cashier and photographer) very attentive and friendly. Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, siempre muy amable el personal. Llevo AÑOS asistiendo a Fotos Monroy y nunca me han rechazado una foto para ningún trámite: título, Servicio Militar, etc. Además económico en comparación a otros servicios igual de buenos. Súper recomendable.
Excellent service, always very friendly staff. I have been attending Fotos Monroy for YEARS and they have never rejected a photo for any procedure: title, Military Service, etc. Also cheap compared to other equally good services. Super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí parecer algo elevado el precio. He visto opciones mejores a mejor costo. Buen trabajo. No me siento cómodo con el personal. Me dejó la impresión de que me hacía el favor de darme el servicio. No me gusta pagar todo sin tener la certeza de que me entreguen mi trabajo. Debería ser 50 al término. O almenos 30 a la entrega. Te piden liquidar desde antes de tu evento.
The price seems a bit high to me. I have seen better options at a better price. Nice job. I don't feel comfortable with the staff. He left me with the impression that he was doing me the favor of giving me the service. I don't like to pay for everything without being certain that my work will be delivered to me. It should be 50 at the end. Or at least 30 on delivery. They ask you to settle before your event.
