★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los acabados de los fotobooks son muy cuidados...de primera calidad, la impresión es muy buena , sobre todo en papel aperlado. Lo malo ....muy malo.... es la atención al cliente, es una verdadera lástima que una empresa que cuida tanto el detalle y la impresión , tenga una pésima atención al cliente...cuidado con eso ....el cliente SIEMPRE tiene la razón !!
 The finishes of the photobooks are very careful ... top quality, the printing is very good, especially on pearl paper. The bad .... very bad ... is the customer service, it is a real shame that a company that takes care of both the detail and the printing, has a lousy customer service ... beware of that .... The customer is always right !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una muy mala experiencia. Me notificaron que en 15 días tendría mi pedido, se tardaron 1 mes!!
Me mentían que "ya lo enviaron", cuando ni siquiera lo habían enviado y resultó que no sabían dónde había quedado mi pedido.
Al final la calidad es media, no es alta, pero en definitiva no creo pedir NUNCA un producto nuevamente aquí.
I had a very bad experience. They notified me that in 15 days I would have my order, it took 1 month !!
They lied to me that "they already sent it", when they had not even sent it and it turned out that they did not know where my order had been.
In the end the quality is average, it is not high, but ultimately I do not think I will NEVER order a product again here.
