Lo malo es que no hay un preview para asegurarte del encuadre de la foto antes de imprimir, y 2, la atención para ayuda en WhatsApp deja mucho que desear y no aparece en la página ni en facebook un teléfono para marcar.
I have printed online and the service is excellent, easy to order and received very fast. The downside is that there is no preview to make sure the framing of the photo before printing, and 2, the attention for help in WhatsApp leaves much to be desired and a phone number to dial does not appear on the page or on Facebook.

Una parte de mi cabello ocultó muy ligeramente mi cara y la persona que me atendió dijo que así estaba bien y pues como yo no soy experta en eso, también me pareció que salí bien. Tuve que regresar a tomarme la foto (porque me la rechazaron) y volver a pagar. Creo que la idea de ir a un estudio profesional debería incluir la asesoría o mínimo las recomendaciones. La persona tampoco sabía sobre los pixeles de la cámara, que era otro requisito que me pidieron. Espero que la persona encargada se dé el tiempo de capacitar a su personal para brindar mejor experiencia.
Good service however, I would expect the staff to know the minimum requirements of the photos they ask for for paperwork. A part of my hair very slightly hid my face and the person who attended me said that this was fine and since I am not an expert in that, I also thought it turned out well. I had to go back to take my photo (because it was rejected) and pay again. I think that the idea of going to a professional studio should include advice or at least recommendations. The person also did not know about the pixels of the camera, which was another requirement that they asked me. I hope that the person in charge takes the time to train their staff to provide a better experience.
