★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta Sucursal ya que me hicieron esperar casi una hora y ya me había dicho la persona cuánto me iban a prestar por mi Celular y ya cuando me iban a dar mi Contrato me dijo que el préstamo iba hacer menos de lo estipulado y estando el Gerente presente de la Sucursal no hizo nada, que poco profesionalismo de esta gente.
I do not recommend this Branch since they made me wait almost an hour and the person had already told me how much they were going to lend me on my Cell phone and when they were going to give me my Contract he told me that the loan was going to do less than what was stipulated and the Present Branch Manager did nothing, what little professionalism of these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asqueroso el servicio si quieres refrendar envés de darte un mes tedan 15 días y el refrendo es de un mes te dicen pero solo te dan 15 días y si vuelves a refrendar te dan 10y así te van quitando días y sumando más intereses
Disgusting the service if you want to endorse instead of giving you a month they will have 15 days and the endorsement is for a month they tell you but they only give you 15 days and if you endorse again they give you 10 and thus they will take days away and add more interests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años empeñando en esa sucursal y excelente servicio pero hace 2 meses q empeñe mis piezas, tuve un trato espantoso, no se como pueden contratar a gente tan incompetente y comenzando con la gerente, desempeñe y vi q maltrataron mucho unas arracadas de oro, q poca madre tienen.
En esa sucursal no me aceptaron unas arracadas q porq no pesaban lo mínimo y q las llevo a banco azteca presta prenda y pesaban 3.8. No les recomiendo esa sucursal.
I have been pawning in that branch for years and have excellent service but 2 months ago I pawned my pieces, I had a horrible treatment, I don't know how they can hire such incompetent people and starting with the manager, I played and I saw that they mistreated a lot of gold earrings, that little mother they have.
In that branch they did not accept me some earrings that because they weighed not the minimum and that I took them to the Aztec bank lends a pledge and they weighed 3.8. I do not recommend that branch.
