★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great location for walking around. Pool was closed due to covid. There are a few restaurants walking distance and a mall across the street. We ordered ice and it took forever to get it. Otherwise place was clean and comfortable. Free parking was a plus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist a clean place with friendly staff in a good location n'est to the mall. Beside the hotel is a brewery which serves home-brewed beers and excellent food.
The place is often crouded and therefore a waiting list. But is worse to wait, you will enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to Monterey and I loved it. Hotel was perfect, comfortable beds and pillows. Shopping mall right across the street and great little taco stands at walking distance. Very friendly people at the hotel, and very polite. Breakfast was something very simple but tasty. Definitely booking again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the service was ok, not great. I found out that if I want the room clean up, I needed to comunicate that. This needs to be comunicated when the person is checking in. Also, I rented a conference room for a two hour meeting and it was not ready (the air conditioner was not on and the temperature in the room was 85 degrees (almost 30 celcius). The attendant let us into the room and that was it. Never saw him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay for 2 weeks at Four Points Galerias. Wonderful front desk staff and housekeeping. I appreciated the security guard on the parking lot and that the elevator required a room key to work. I had a wonderful experience and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good stay here. Great location near shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful anytime we needed something. The rooms are clean with spacious bathrooms. The bathtub was a plus, not many hotels in Mexico with a bathtub.
