Four Points by Sheraton Monterrey Linda Vista - 67138 Guadalupe

Everything was great..i think the best forttitude of the hotel is the people, very kind, responsable, willing to help. This is different from other hotels i have visited; because of my work i have to travel a lot. I just have 2 comments... first the gym had a dagamed equipment. Its really importante for me after going to work... to have a little time to workout and it was really bad to see that the place was ok but didnt work!!! i couldnt work my chest, arms, shoulders or back... so i decided not to the gym the days i stayed. For me ando for some other people thats a pretty importante thing... actyally the first i ask before schedule a visit to a hotel is about the gym. Second and most important... maybe im wrong but i think your hotel is most of all for businnes people so is really important for us to rest!!! last night i stayed the room next to me was having a party!! and has a lot of people in there .. maybe 10 persons... is that allowed??? After a couple of hours of really really terrible noise i realized that it was noon and i had to get up 5 hours later!! For the love of God... y was reallly anoyed!! I called to the recepcionist and he showed commitment to my case and y could hear that he called bye phone to those guests. It didnt work they didnt care about and i had the worst night in my life.. at least in a hotel. Itruly believed this wasnt faul of your team ... but then the answer would be not go back toy your hotel just cause the walls are light or cause the people you accept doesnt respect the oter guests?? This comments are for improvement. Thanks

Certainly the warmest hotel I've ever stayed in, even for here in the summer it is unreasonably hot. The staff is very nice, helpful, cheerful. The room and shower are just some of shabby and don't quite seem clean. My toilet seat is crooked, just little things. There are lots of conference rooms and communal spaces. Preferred the Holiday Inn Parque Fundidora over this hotel, it's about 20 minutes away.

I have been staying at this site for about 2-3 years and it never disappoints me. The staff has always been great and the rooms have always been very clean and tidy. Once I (almost) lost my wedding ring and the cleaning crew found it for me! Very professional. I will always come back to this hotel whenever I need to be closer to the airport and/or for business located outside of the city center.

I’ve stay twice in this location and it’s always a pleasure staff is very friendly and professional I definitely recommend this hotel services this is my place to stay in Monterrey .

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed and the service was above and beyond. We thought air didn't work but you use your key to turn it on!! Wow!! who knew.. our room was very nice.The breakfast was delicious. MAYRA was so helpful to us every morning, within one day she knew us and how we liked our coffee. We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary while we were there. They made our bed so adorable. We came back in to wine and a beautiful cheese and olive plate.. it was so great!! Thank you! Very well situated hotel with amazing amenities like an indoor pool and a 24 gym. Its also very well in regards to security and customer service. I was helped by the receptionist and she went out of her way to ensure that my room was ready a bit earlier than usual.

The A/C would come on and off with loudness. No option to keep A/C running vs it shutting off every 5 mins. Once it would shut off, the room would get hot very quickly and was uncomfortable specially during the night. Other than this issue, the hotel was very clean, staff was very polite and knowledgeable and location was great. Many places to eat, drink and see. Will def go back as a guest if issue mentioned was to b fixed or the option to have it on at all times, as the city can be very hot and humid at times.

Excellent! My friend and I visited from the US. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly. Dariel was a standout individual who was eager to help in any way possible. He spoke English very well and made sure to help translate if neeeded. Having a little Spanish was helpful but the staff were very patient. Great breakfast, safe and secure with keys needed to get to the guest room floors. 10/10 Would stay again if in Monterrey!
