E	Eugenio Adeath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed up my reservation. 45 mins to check in, didn't offer upgrade being Platinum. May be refurbished soon. So noisy regardless I asked the front desk lady 7 times to not asign a room facing the highway.
N	NormaM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time staying here! I travel with my dogs and to be able to stay in a place where I feel safe and comfortable is extremely gratifying! The staff is friendly, breakfast is great!

My spouse was not able to use his sleep apnea machine which can be deadly and he was not able to sleep all night. We want to stay there again on our return trip so I asked for a courtesy night (in perfect Spanish) as we are Marriott members but have not heard back from them a week later. Rather disappointing but I will persevere. Other than that...it was fine.

It's their special brew and is fantastic! It was our stop from Lake Chapala to the border. Safe and secure in a pretty modern city.

Not only is the staff welcoming for the pets but the property has open areas, easy access, and plenty of safe area to walk your dog. The front desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and accommodated all of my requests. Clean, welcoming, attractive and comfortable rooms are what you will find here. The breakfast is good and the staff in the restaurant will help you find whatever you need. This will be my stopping point going from the United States to San Pancho, Nayarit.

Located about three and a half hours from the main Texas border crossings, the Four Points at Saltillo makes an outstanding stopping point before venturing on to southern Mexico. Rooms and spacious and exceedingly clean, and service is extremely friendly and professional. The hotel breakfast is also of an exceedingly high standard for this type of property. I'll definitely be stopping here again on my next border run.
A	Andie mz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is amazing and sooo helpful! Breakfast buffet is included which had cereals, Chilaquiles, frijoles, huevos a la ranchera, toast, and freshly squeezed OJ. The room we got had 2 full size beds and this hotel takes pets! Which is super rare in Mexico but they took my fur babies in for an extra fee! (See photos) I loved this place! It has a pool and a gym and room service! Toilets work wonderful and there is security at every entrance and exit for safety. There are people saying that the place needs upkeep or remodeling but I think it has already been remodeled. The temperature is available for you to adjust and is digital, the lights and water were working great! Beds were clean and comfy like sleeping on a cloud (especially after a long drive). Definitely recommend to everyone who has furbabies and those who dont!
M	Mark Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ although cleanliness is a little lax and the decor is dated and showing its age, this is one of the few hotels in Saltillo that allow pets. the grounds are well kept and guests are well spaced from each other, giving the sense of privacy. staff and breakfast were excellent.
