★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located between downtown Veracruz and Boca del Río. There are plenty of dining opportunities and accessibility from this point is excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the property was very well maintained. I would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, nice services, and amazing pool on the roof. The room is good enough, probably the only issue was about the elevator, the hotel has 2, but that weekend 1 failed so we waited a lot more than usual. I hope that this problem is a one-time situation.
In general, it was a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the cleanest, sanitized rooms we stayed at in all of Mexico. The staff is very accommodating. It comes with free valet secure parking, close proximity to the beach, and their is an optional breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious food.
