Where can I complain? . Complaining here on this page does not solve anything? I am in the same situation and they continue to discount a mortgage loan that was already paid off in March 2020, documents were sent, they claimed to receive them and my account is not updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY PESIMO SERVICIO!!! llevo desde junio tramitando mi regreso de descuentos y sigo esperando alguna respuesta decían que de 30 a 45 días hábiles y no he tenido no me han informado de el proceso de mi tramite ya ni siquiera tienen la decencia de contestar los teléfonos ni permiten hacer citas, no tienen coherencia en lo que ocupan y solo mal informan a las personas
VERY NORMAL SERVICE !!!
