★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo por qué publican un número telefónico y jamás contestan....entiendo que estamos en contingencia, pero en todas las oficinas públicas se hacen guardias o el personal atiende desde su casa...pero tal parece que en FOVISSSTE HIDALGO hacen caso omiso o de plano les vale sus actividades.
I do not understand why they publish a telephone number and never answer ... I understand that we are in contingency, but guards are posted in all public offices or the staff attends from their home ... but it seems that at FOVISSSTE HIDALGO they ignore or their activities are worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es imposible que te den informes o atiendan, agende una cita y fue mes y medio de espera, para que no pudiera hacer mi tramite... tengo que agendas nuevamente, no hay gente pero no te atienden si no es por cita... ojalá hagan algo al respecto, los tiempos son exagerados para un tramite de 10 minutos te contemplan 60 minutos, por eso no hay citas!!!!!!!
Que decepción ?
It is impossible for them to give you reports or attend you, schedule an appointment and it was a month and a half of waiting, so that I could not do my process... I have to schedule again, there are no people but they do not attend you if it is not by appointment... I hope they do something about it, the times are exaggerated for a 10-minute process, they contemplate 60 minutes, that's why there are no appointments!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que te tengan afuera de las instalaciones (calle), en el rayo del sol, de nada sirve que uno llegue antes de la cita, como lo sugieren si te dejan mucho tiempo en el pleno sol sobre calle, necesitan poner bancas y sombra.
