They never answer the phone and none of the extensions I was dialing for several days and I do not hope they can provide a number where they do give reports. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No atienden si no llevamos cita, argumenté que el Estado ya está en semáforo verde y me dijeron que ellos no han recibido indicaciones de atender al público sin cita, cosa que es realmente lamentable, porque todos los que laboramos en el sector público ya estamos atendiendo al 100%.
They do not attend if we do not have an appointment, I argued that the State is already at a green traffic light and they told me that they have not received instructions to attend to the public without an appointment, which is really unfortunate, because all of us who work in the public sector are already attending to 100%.
