 2.5 hours waiting time, everything incredibly slow and unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a reservation here for an SUV with liability insurance. When we showed up, they tried to give us a smaller car for more money, told us that we needed more insurance, a larger deposit, etc. If you are comfortable, go somewhere local outside of the airport. So many of the rental companies inside of the airports really try to rip you off and scam you like this.
