★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are thief's. I had an expedia confirmation and once I got there they claimed that I was going to have to pay double the rate to cover the additional insurance. I explained I did not need it and he stated it was the law. I explained that it was not true, I added the 3rd parties(liability) coverage and that was part of my rate. Well he said that company policy was that cars be covered 100% with 0 deductible or they could not be rented. Btw he did not tell me this until after he had scanned and taken pictures and uploaded to their system my identifications and credit card. Obviously I refused and took a cab.
