LLegué y me dijeron que no tenían el carro que había reservado y aunado a eso todavía me ofrecieron uno de la misma gama al doble de lo que habia hecho mi reserva Solo quieren ganar mas dinero TERRIBLE SERVICE. I arrived and they told me that they did not have the car that I had reserved and in addition to that they still offered me one of the same range at double what I had made my reservation They just want to earn more money

No pierdan de vista su tarjeta de crédito en ningún momento, no se la suelten al personal para nada. Los autos están todos dañados, parecen sonajas (todo les suena) y buñuelos (todos boludos llenos de pasta). No respetan los precios publicados en internet. No respetan los autos contratados. No dan copia de la póliza de seguro para portarla en el auto. Te quieren cobrar un deposito que vale más que el auto que te rentan. No se como las autoridades no han echo nada. No lo usen, no lo recomiendo. They completely disregard the terms of your online booking, and claim you are REQUIRED to buy an additional MANDATORY insurance, 5 times higher than the rental price itself. STAY AWAY ! Try the more reputable companies such as Hertz or Avis.
