★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service that I have ever received in my life.. I wouldn't rent a car here even if I get the car for free. Waited close to 2hrs to get the car.. And this was for a reservation that I pre-booked online. If you are a tourist and are concerned about your time, don't ever consider renting a car here.. You are better off walking.

They said it will be one price when I got there they charged 4times more . Manager said it will be credited to my acct the difference, never did they refund any money and I returned the car a day early and the guy did not want to give me proof of the return he said I will get an email.
Never received an email either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STARS The absolute worse rental experiance i am going to corprate. I was told you cant extend over the phone i have to come in but yet i discovered online you can extend your rental car. We called for days to see how we can extend the car didnt get a awnser until days later. Then they show up to take the car is peak with the manager on the phone she was very rude yelled at me on the phone in front of my family she then told me i could turn the car in that night. I tried to explain to her what happened she wouldnt let me talk, she then locked the car with me and my 1 year old son and infant in the car and left me in my family in the middle of a parking lot in mexico with no transportaion. They have zero concern for their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the Fox Rental Car scam. This is how is works: You reserve a car on their website thinking you got a good deal. But when you arrive to pick up the car they insist that you buy expensive insurance to cover the car and there is nothing you can do about it. They won't accept credit card insurance and they won't accept American Express Premium Rental Car insurance. They get you in the door with what looks like a great rate but then insist that you buy insurance for $40 per day. Don't fall for the scam. Better to get your car elsewhere.

This is how is works: You rent the vehicle for $170.00 and $77.00 for insurance coverage they won't accept any other insurance other than theirs. SCAM artist.. from $170 to $843, then for a minivan, $1,493.. t.. Don't fall for the scam. Better to get your car elsewhere. Pura BOLA de RATEROS!!! todos ellos!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through Expedia.ca, full car automatic fair pricing CAD $389 for 9 days taxes and fees included, basic coverage as AX covers CDW insurance. At the counter, the price wasn't accepted, forcing to include more insurance coverage with the price going up to more than 1000 dollars! Walked out of there and ended at hertz, will end up paying 650!!
